Welcome to the "NIH in the News" site on Blogger.Com. This site simply aggregates news about the National Institutes of Health. The search criterion is simple. If "National Institutes of Health" or "NIH" appears in the title or whole text of the news article or blog posting, then it will be listed here.

We found that a title search reduces the volume of news items to a manageable quantity. With out this limitation, the number of news or blog items would likely exceed 5000 items per day. Only the five most recent items are listed. Please use the "Google News Search" links on the right to survey all items.

We use Google RSS and Atom feeds to aggregate the news to this single page. We use "blogger.com" because it is free and outside of all organizational firewalls and should thus be available from work or home.
